Outdoor therapy in nature

Counselling in the outdoors may provide you with the fresh air, movement, or nature experiences that can support your journey.  Together we can walk, sit, explore, or even build a fire during your session. Counselling in nature supports our understanding that human beings are a part of, and not separate from, the natural environment. This can help us feel connected and less alone in our struggles. Being outdoors can be therapeutic, and also provides inspiration to explore our internal processes.

I have more than 25 years experience of working with people outdoors. I offer safety, knowledge, and understanding of the environment as we venture. Sessions take place in green spaces in central Edinburgh or Peebles. Session fees are £60 for 50 minutes.
